Complaints and Product Exchange for Another Size or Item
👕 Wrong size or incorrect product selected?
You can exchange the product within 14 days of purchase free of charge. We’ll ship the new product for free – you’ll only pay any difference in the product price if applicable.
❗ Important: For hygiene and legal reasons, underwear, intimate erotic accessories, audiovisual items, books, and magazines cannot be returned or exchanged.
📦 Conditions for Returned Products:
The item must be unused, undamaged, complete, and in its original packaging so it can be resold.
Please send the product back to our address as a registered parcel (cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted), including the invoice and a cover letter indicating which product you would like in exchange.
Withdrawal from Purchase Within 14 Days
🔄 According to the law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the product, without giving any reason.

🔧 We strive to offer only the highest quality products. All our products come with a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
If an issue arises during the warranty period:
Send the item to our address as a registered parcel (cash on delivery shipments will not be accepted).
Include the invoice and a cover letter detailing the nature of the issue.
